Will you import orders made before my sign up date?
Yes, we'll import every single order linked to your TikTok Shop(s) during our onboarding process (takes less than 10 minutes, typically 2-3 mins for the average shop).
Do you support cross-border sellers?
Yes, we welcome all types of sellers, both local, and cross-border sellers. Our platform is built to support all regions excluding the US market.
Can I connect multiple TikTok shops?
Yes, you can connect as many as you like up to your plan's shop limit. Our most expensive plan "Super Seller" allows unlimited amount of TikTok shops connected to your ShopFlow account.
Will I be able to see how much affiliate commission I am paying?
Yes, our dashboards are built to be completely configurable, you have access to every figure that TikTok sends us for both settled, and unsettled orders. Additionally, for orders that are unsettled, we'll estimate your commission figures until we receive them from TikTok. Calculated based on your past settled order affiliate figures.
Can I configure my dashboards to show specific figures rather than the ones shown on the images above?
Yes, we take pride in that our platform is completely configurable. You can configure the charts to your preference, as well as the figures that are shown on the charts.
Do I have to enter shipping information for every product?
No, for products which TikTok automatically print shipping labels for, we do not require that you enter your shipping cost. However, for products which are fulfilled by the seller (you), where-in you manually create the label, and attach it to the order, we do require that you enter shipping information in ShopFlow. In any case, we'll let you know if we require shipping details or not.
